3 Mobile Laptop Packages - What One Fits Your Needs?

With the world of laptops a fast pacing race to have the latest piece of equipment, how do you know what all the fancy phrases and statistics do for your needs? Whether it is for work, college or for the family as a whole, how do you know you're not paying too much a month for a laptop that won't cater for your needs? With the recession in full swing and people needing to save as much money as possible on their monthly expenditure, it is now more important than ever that when you go to buy a mobile broadband laptop package you don't get sucked in by the salesman spin and you buy something that does more or less what you require.

3 Mobile broadband offers six laptop packages and this article will give you an insight as to what purposes this product is best used for, allowing you to make your purchases without feeling out of your depth with the technical jargon.

Acer Aspire package. For £ 17.50 a month this is the entry level package. This is one of the smallest, lightest and sexiest laptops around at the moment. This product is aimed at people who need it to fit into a bag, for work, college or people on the move. With the laptop weighing just under 1Kg this lightweight machine gives you a lot of memory for you money. Having 1GB of data allowance a month and with 160GB Hard drive there is plenty of room for all your work, photos and videos to go on without slowing the machine down.

The next two products are the Compaq Mini 700 & Compaq CQ60 which fall into the £30 a month category. The Mini 700 is a slightly heavier (1.02Kg) laptop but with a 10.1inch screen making the small package sport a more than adequate screen. With the keyboard around 92% of the size of a normal keyboard it makes fiddly typing a thing of the past On top of this it has added features like a built in webcam and Bluetooth capability this product has everything that is required for people on the move, whatever their needs are.

The Compaq CQ60 is, in my opinion, the one for family use. With built in webcam, speakers and a whopping 15.6 inch screen, this laptop already loaded with Windows Vista and 160Gb hard drive really with cater the family.

For an extra £5 a month the Toshiba L350-20G is available to you. This is the slightly more beefed up version of the Compaq CQ60 delivered on a 17inch screen instead of the 15.6. Apart from that the main difference to this package for what I can determine is the Microsoft Works is pre installed as well as Windows Vista.

If you are someone whose needs have not already been met by this point, the last two will both cost you £40 a month. The first of the two, being the Fujitsu Li3710 has a 16 high definition screen, allowing you to watch your DVD's or You Tube clips with great clarity. Built with one of the latest dual processors speed is a given with this product. Other features from this laptop include a built in webcam with low light technology.

The second laptop available in this range is the Acer 6920G-583, designed more for the entertainment side of the computer world, this laptop has an integrated Blu-Ray DVD drive and a graphics card that any gamer would be jealous off.

Whatever your needs the 3 mobile laptop packages cover most bases, so whatever you want, hopefully you will now be equipped to get what you need without paying over the odds.
